Do we need Siri
Of course it won’t run on iPhone 4. That’s part of Apple’s strategy, incremental meaningless hardware updates that are forced on you through intentional software barriers. You want Siri (which btw is not even an impressive piece of software…), you will pay the price of a new handset.
